The Marina
Drinking in Colchester in a cold Saturday night i bumped into a friend with an empty 2 bed apartment at the marina, very nice apparently but empty. He is blissfully unaware of the rental he could be getting, anyone give me any guidelines? I said i would ask for him.

Not a recommendation, but Links Real Estate appear have a lot of rentals on behalf of landlords in the Marina: http://www.links-realestate.com/renting-in-dubai.php Otherwise, do a google |

Your friend would easily get about GBP 35,000 per year or more (depending on view) renting a 2-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina.

Re: The Marina
in the marina there are nicer and less nice buildings, views count, condition of apartment, furnished/unfurnished but in general i would say between 180000AED per year to 220000.

He lives and works in the UK and is thinking he may sell it I suggested renting as I thought he might get a good rental for it. That and he has a life. |
