Maid visa transfer from Dubai to Abu Dhabi

We would like to sponsor a maid who currently has Dubai sponsorship. We live in Al Ain and would like to do everything locally of course. Other than a no objection letter from her current sponsor is there anything else we need to do to transfer her visa??? Can anybody give me any references online?
