Default Looking for one or two bedrooms in Riyadh

Hi

I'm moving to Riyadh in February. The company is based in the Abraj Tower, King Fahed Street, so I'm looking for a one (max two) bedroom apartment or similar near to this.

I've heard and read plenty about compound waiting lists and whilst this would be my preferred, I don't mind taking a decent serviced apartment to begin with.

Does anyone have any leads re compounds or apartments of this type in this area? Budget is 12k SAR/month absolute max but I'd like to do it for a LOT less. Sport is important to me so easy access to a gym is critical.
regards

The Khozama complex has serviced apartments. No idea how much they cost but you'd be able to walk to work.

The gym and pool there are not bad.

Thanks Typical

Difficult to find price details on the web but I've got some contacts in Riyadh I can ask.

Hoping that in absence of a compound, a relatively decent apartment and finding a running group will make social life bearable.

Try Sahara Towers, they are between Olaya Street and King Fahad.

Location isn't perfect, but Fal is a good option & you'll have money left over (plus the wait's not too bad). Frankly, if you can get in, just about any compound fits your budget. Maybe try to find something about Y.M.A.T. - new compound with lots of outdoors (as I understand).
