Friend wants to divorce and both parties are Brits so she needs a good lawyer to give her advice so she knows her rights relative to living here.

In case of divorce, it makes no difference. If they get divorced by law in any country and she is under his sponsership (or his work), she will loose all rights to live there.

Does she work? Kids involved? Are they in agreement? There are so many options, and please note that a divorce for a non-muslim in the ME takes a long time.

Otherwise send me a pm, if you do not want to give more info.

Regards

Ron

With the nightmare one of my friends is going through at the moment I would suggest your friend files for divorce in the UK especially if children involved and its not amicable
