Not really sure what the purpose of this exercise is as you don't say which items are being paid for by the company. Normally in Saudi they would pay utilities and car insurance (both look high). Your maid allownce may need increasing if you want a pretty Ethiopean with all the trimmings, if you get my meaning. You will find few luxuries worth buying in Saudi except maybe diving and sailing club membership.
