Given that the powers that be a looking to cut passenger number, this might be something of a criteria. If you can't weigh a bag and operate a printer you can't fly. My primary reason for having posed this question stems from my failure to understand why check-in at passenger terminals are clogged up with what appears to me to be air freight. Because of this when they travel they're taking boxes of things which look like freight. I do the same. Since my family left in I'm the process of emptying a house trip by trip. Boxes are lighter than a bag so you can get more in. I don't travel with any clothes at all seeing how I have some at my destination. I do around 50kg a trip which would be my economy allowance, or 90 kg if business. |
