legal regulations of the UAE of items brought through freight
Hi, in the contract my family have recieved for Dubai it mentions that the items you chose to bring over by frieght boat are subject to "legal regulations of the UAE"
Does any body know what this means?
What kind of items would you not recommend bringing for fear of them getting lost or taken?
We have had bad experiences in the past with this happening so are wanting to make sure and get as much advice as possible
Thankyou

Your shipping company will advise - we used Pickfords and the guy who came out to assess our stuff and confirm our quote was very switched on!
Remember also that if you are moving in the summer, your container will sit in 45-50 degrees of heat on the quayside, so anything that could be damaged by these temperatures is best left at home!
