sorry for hijacking your thread OP, I would say lease, stay clear of places like Fast and Thrifty. Al Ghazal are good but they do charge a little bit more than others, but the service is good/reliable.

I use Hertz, Toyota Prado 4.0 V6 - 3800 Dhs per month on a two year 20,000km per year lease. This is all in, all you have to do is pay the speeding fines, insurance excess and petrol. If you are adverse to credit or can't get it (like me), it works.

Other companies to try are Thrifty and Diamond Lease

Try paramount leasing, tell them you want a 12month lease, but want a months notice. 1500 for a shit car that gets you a to b
