KSA Work Visa Rejected
Hi, I have received an offer to work in Riyadh with a multinational company, however, KSA Work Visa was rejected by Saudi Embassy in London. Any suggestion or idea on what I do next? Can I appeal..Not getting any information, it will be really helpful if someone can offer any advice. The only reason provided for rejection is 'insufficient educational qualification' ( I have a Master's degree from the UK). This is what I don't understand, all the documents have been attested by relevant parties and have visa approval for Saudi Labour Ministry. Thanks

Maybe they also want to see a degree transcript? Though normally a legalised degree certificate on its own is sufficient.
I assume the certificate has the FCO apostille seal? Maybe what was on the visa letter didn't tally with what you submitted?
I would get in touch with your hiring company and maybe their PRO can find out (through local Gov't Departments) why it was rejected.
Btw did you use a UK agency or DIY?

Thanks, psychopomp1. I have followed everything as advised including the apostille seal. I have used CiBT visas in the uk and will get in touch with the hiring company in Riyadh. Would be aware of appeal or anything like that so that decision can be revisited?
