Khalifa City or any suburbs for housing

Would appreciate it if we could get answers for the following please.

How far is Khalifa A city to Abu Dhabi city center during rush hour or peak times? I have read 20 to 30 minutes but I would like to know if this is during peak times or not.

Is it near or far from beaches or the gulf and how far?

We are looking to live in a compound, whether its an apt, townhouse or house or villa but not less than 3 bedrooms. Are there some areas in the suburbs not too far from the city (i.e 20 to 30 minutes without traffic) that have a lot of compounds so we can increase our chances of finding somewhere to live?

We expect to be there in July but would like to setup contacts ahead of time and also have an idea of where we would consider renting/living?

Are there any websites that are reliable for housing? I have looked at gulfnews and some realtor websites. For example, any places with property development still going on or how do you even get on the waiting list for some of these places?

If you get a place in the city and you need parking for an extra car, are there parking garages for monthly rates and if so, what is the cost?

If you want to get on the waiting list for a club, how do you go about that, in other words, do you have to already be living there before you can do this?

If anyone is leaving at that time or will have something available around that time frame, it would also be appreciated.
