What do you do on Saturdays in the UK?

I head for the pool, do errands, meet friends for dinner/drinking, cinema sometimes.

When the weather cools it's out to the desert and mountains.

McGettigans at JLT.

Around 150-175 AED for all you can eat and five drinks tickets. After 4 you can get another drinks package for not much money.

Lots of British in there.

I don't like it either.

But if you want to get drunk cheaply in a place that isn't Rock Bottom, it's hard to find any place better than McGettingan's Friday brunch.

The Irish Villaged used to be THE place to meet like-minded people but I guess that fewer people go there nowadays as people move further away from the older parts of town.

If you're brave, try Double Deckers brunch.
Also, try nicer sports bars. Nezzas in the Al Manzil is a personal favourite.
