Jumeriah Beach Residence & Arabian Ranches, Dubai
Does anyone know when the retail centres at Jumeirah Beach Residence and Arabian Ranches are due to be completed as I'm thinking about moving from Springs to one of them but don't want to until the various facilities are open. Thanks

AR retail facilities are already open. Dunno if they have plans to build a second one though.

What shops/fitness clubs etc are open at Arabian Ranches? Is it similar to Springs Town Centre?

the AR shopping centre seems smaller given the number of people out in AR which is why i think there will probably be an expansion or second one opening soon, maybe in the 'deep' AR.

I'm currently in a 2 bed villa in Springs and have the option to either renew our rental contract here in December or move elsewhere? Would you recommend anywhere else (not Mirdiff) that might be better from an accommodation and facilities point of view? If there's nowhere significantly better then I'll stay where I am as I like it here.

was looking at a room in JBR yesterday. Apparently the cafes etc should start to open in 2-3 months. So that probably means in 6 months.

So they expect an increase in rents when they start to open... Where's GarethR and Border Diver???
