Jumeira Beach Resorts - Day Passes
#1

Other than the Meridien Mina Seyahi, does anybody know which beach resorts offer day passes to use the beach and pool facilities. I would join the health club at the royal meridien, but i've got a gym in my building, so that would be redundant. Not that the Mina Seyahi is bad (although between the kids and the adjacent construction site it isn't exactly "quiet") but i'd like to try some others if possible.

When I was out at the start of August we went to the Oasis Beach Hotel. Seemed really nice, good sized pool, gardens, beach etc.
Also seemed cheap for a day pass if I remember. We only used the pool / beach etc - didn't check out a gym or anything. Also - this was the only one we went to on our visit, however I'd recommend it.
Also bear in mind it was 43 degrees so we didn't do much except sit in the pool and sweat a lot......

thanks, the oasis beach is like 1 minute from my place, so next time i decide to spend i'll go there
I won't be using the beach resorts much for the next little while, i'm taking kiteboarding lessons every friday (my day off) for the next month, but wanted to know for future reference and for when people come to visit and i have to work

Oh - kitesurfing... I'm thinking of having a go at that when I move out mid October... have you tried it yet? Can you recommend a teacher / course etc?
