I remember seeing somebody say that it is not what we might hope/think it to be.

dont know but if they ask you to pay any money give them a wide berth. you should never have to pay. they employer pays

Its not even based in Dubai. You register, then they ask for money to let you know of vacancies.. they entice you by saying they have a suitable vacancy but you cant have any details till you pay up..
