Hi All,

I'm new to this forum, and an Aussie (Sorry no similar websites in Australia).

I'm looking to find a job in the UAE as an Accoutant I used to be a external Auditor at Deloitte for four years, and I have been a finance analyst in a mutli-national manufactuer for two years. I'm a CPA with a degree in Commerce and only 25.

I have read a number forums in regards to getting a job in the UAE and it appears it is near impossible to get a job over there unless you are there. Being an Aussie it is difficult to pop over and give it a go because I'm 4000-5000km away.

I have been dealing with **************** to get a placement. Have any of you guys dealt with the recruiting company for jobs ie. are they reputatble and do I have any hope of getting a placement without being there with my qualifications.

Welcome to the site...and read through the FAQ's, plenty of agencies there, though the one you picked doesn't come with any recommendations, all sounds a bit dodgy...

But your best bet would be to have a couple week holiday there and just say when you email the places that you'll be in town between these dates to follow up on the emails...
