Is Middle east region still accepting IT people? If YES, what are the chances for software developers in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kuwait Etc., in the near future.

actuallty i used to work in the gulf and specially in the IT field.
for me i did not feel comfortable to work . but you can find good opportunities for database developers and administrators.
