Hello Folks

Could you someone please help me out with any info / opinion you may have on this compound?

Prices of two bedroom are not the same as it depends on the size & location of the unit. It is from 115000sr to 135000sr a year. This is a newly constructed compound called Ishbilya. Located at between exit 9 & 10 in Ishbilya district.

Seeing as the currency appears to be in Saudi Riyals, I'd make the assumption....
