Trying to get some advice on certain aspects of Iraqi law. Can anyone recommend either an Iraqi lawyer, or a lawyer who can talk authoritavely about Iraqi law?

Re: Iraqi Law
By comparison Corruption in Iraq makes The Philippines look like a 'Walk in the Park!' - Imagine having to 'Give A Bung' to the Policeman at the Hospital Gate when you handover your Mobile Phone! - This is to stop him using it, stealing the SIM Card, or the Memory Card, or selling it while you are in the Hospital!
TOP TIP! - Never take your Mobile Phone with you when you go to a Hospital or any other Government Building!

Re: Iraqi Law
The extent to which Iraqi law recognises limits of liability of foreign commercial entities, how the courts / arbitral system apply the law, and what model clause could be used in a contract to give maximum effect to a limit of liability.
Does any such limit of liability extend to liability for personal injury or death? If a clause sought to limit such liability contrary to the law, would the entire clause be struck out (and thus no limit of liability would remain), or would it be good for the non-offending aspect?
Answers on the back of a postcard, please.
