Infrastructure Consulting in the Middle East - booming?

Hi you all,

I was wondering whether Infrastructure Consulting, thus Workplace Technology & Collaboration, Network Enabled Solutions and Data Center Technology are things that are hot in the region of the Middle East? Is it something that is booming like SAP was a few years ago?

So, I am wondering whether products like that of Cisco and stuff is something which has a high demand from the implementing side of view?
