Hiya

My name's also Suzanne!! and I'm moving to Dubai with my Husband Gareth in March 2005 also. We are also very nervous about the whole prospect of moving and living abroad but are really looking forward to it - however informing parents' of our new plans yesterday was awlful as you can imagine, still the're now planning their holidays to Dubai later this year!!

So I'll probably be asking lots of questions from the forum over the next few weeks.

Gareth and I are off to Dubai next weekend for a few days to see what is like and for Gareth to see where he'll be working etc. I've heared this is the best time of year to visit?

Have you been out there yet?

Welcome aboard Zannie..... Yes this is the best time to visit as the temps are just right, esp for going out and about for a look-see.
