Incoming Brit from Cairo...
I am a 'newbie', currently living in Cairo and moving to Dubai next week...oh the stress of Dubai's red tape (and im not event there yet!!) Anyway i dont know anyone there yet, so if anyone else is a newbie too (or even an oldie) and wants to get together to check the place out feel free to get in touch.
