I hate Emirate!
 

I'm baaaack!!! :D

And want to complain about Emirate :o
I bought return ticket Jakarta-Frankfurt-Jakarta from Emirate for 3 Feb-18 Feb with route:
Jakarta-Dubai/ Dubai-Frankfurt (3-4 Feb)
Frankfurt-Dubai/ Dubai-Jakarta (18-19 Feb)

Jakarta-Frankfurt was fine, no problem...but when I have to go back to Jakarta...
I did check-in in Frankfurt and they told me that I only able to fly to Dubai, cos Im not registered in Dubai-Jakarta flight.
Whaaat??!!

They said I changed my Dubai-Jakarta schedule into the next day (20 Feb)! Means I have to stay one night in Dubai!!! Aaww!!!
I hate Emirate! i didn't change any schedule!
But People in Emirate Frankfurt didnt help at all...The one and only possibility is I have to stay a night in Dubai even I argue that I bought ticket for 19 Feb and Its written in my ticket! But they still said.."Sorry miss...we cannot do anything..." Euh...

So i flew to Dubai with heartbeats. When I arrived in Dubai, directly I went to Emirate counter and confirm about my status. Same with Emirate in Frankfurt, they told me that I had changed the schedule (or SOMEONE had changed it!) into next day. Again, I complain n argue...but this guys is better than guys in Frankfurt. Finally they let me to fly on d same day as written on my ticket.

Later I know that it happens quite often in Emirate. They change the schedule for local people without any notification. Thats really horrible!

No more Emirate next time! :mad: :mad:

No experience with this one! but I never foget that damn night in Rashid terminal flight scheduled at around 1:00 , done at 10:00 !!! very cold with no hospitality or leaving permission!

then pls go and spread your experience with others! What about Emirates Office have you lodged your complain there? You see thats the first thing we in our real life outside internet :)

I flew from Manchester to Sydney. When i booked i was told that i was flying from Manchester to Dubai then Dubai to Sydney. Well that wasnt the case! I made a stop off at Bangkok!

I like flying though and wasnt bothered because i got to see a bit more of the world!

Oh I'd love to see other parts of the world as well but won't do that when I have other plans...and I'd love to change the ticket by my own if I really want to stay in Dubai that day :(
