Does he have a pet passport, all relevant vaccinations?

Not sure of procedure from Spain. In the UK Defra are very helpful, but not so for you I suppose. ( From the UK you need a export licence)

You will need an import licence into the UAE. That is costing me quite a bit in itself and for a cat. A dog will be more expensive. Try contacting a reputable vet in Dubai who will be able to give more advice.

Dubai Kennels and Cattery have a very good relocation service - they can take care of it all for you.

either that or get the monkey as Sheikhie suggested.

speak to your vet first, to get the list of vaccines and shots that the dug will need for this region (they will check with the relevant authority).

You'll need to buy an IATA approved carrier, which will be vary hugely in price depending if you are moving a Westie sized dug or a Dalmation sized dug.

then phone either Servisair Cargo or Menzies World Cargo at your local airport.
HTML Code:
www.yell.com
and ask them for a price. They are likely to be cheaper than using a specialist, and they will provide just as good service.

You also need to apply for your import permit here in UAE (valid for 30 days), website is something like
HTML Code:
www.moew.gov.ae
If it isn't that just google UAE Pet Import Permit and it'll get you there.

Good Luck
