housing
hello,
i have been directed to this site to seek advice on housing, i will be arriving in dubai next month and would like to get housing on the palms or alternativley the marina area. i have been told property is expensive, we are looking for a five bed place, must have a pool or one nearby, a gym, sauna and good parking. we have 265,000 dhs for housing, is this figure about right for those area's. any advice will be appreciated. thanking you in advance jade |
Re: housing
a 5 bed on the palm will set you back way more than that! you might get a 5 bed on the Meadows but I would be surprised to be honest with you.

Re: housing
Doubt you will get a 5 Bed in the Marina.
5 Bed in the Meadows will cost you over 300,000 5 Bed on the Palm you are looking between 400,000 - 450,000 for 265,000 you would have to look in Mirdif or Warqaa - a long way from the Marina. |

Re: housing
You may also want to consider Arabian Ranches - no idea of the prices there though? Others may be able to confirm.
As Ins has already mentioned, Palm Jumeirah will be in excess of 400,000 |
Re: housing
I think the prices have scared her off.
