Holiday for the Prophet’s birthday

It’s been announced that Sunday, 18th November will be a holiday for “all ministries and federal entities” rather than the actual day - Tuesday, 20th November. I guess that there’ll probably be a ‘dry’ day from 6pm on Monday, 19th November.

I got this email today:

On the occasion of the birthday of Prophet Mohammed, kindly note that as per Government notification the holiday in the UAE will be observed on Sunday, 18th November 2018 instead of Tuesday, 20th November 2018.
Further, Dubai office will be closed on:

Thursday; 29th November in lieu of Friday; 30th November for UAE Commemoration Day (Martyrs’ Day), and Sunday; 2nd December 2018 on the occasion of UAE National Day.

Happy days.
