Hmmmmm....question
Ok so we've seena flat on the weekend we like, furnished very nicely and importantly all the white goods, 140k but we have offered them 130k.
Thing is most of the other flats are about 120k and unfurnished, so is it worth getting this flat, or should I get unfurnished and just stop being a lazy *****er?
I mean 10,000 over a year isn't loads and surely it would cost about that anyway to furnish a flat completely?

if you like it, and you can afford it....take it....
it's defo going to cost you more than 10,000 to furnish one...
