Second: Medical Report

Fax: 44(0)20 7917 3255) and download the 'Medical Report Form': www.saudiembassy.org.uk

Applicants should provide a Medical Report (form supplied by the Consulate) duly completed by a competent medical authority and authenticated by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Norfolk House (West), 237 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 2AH Tel: 01908 295 111). Applicants applying from the Republic of Ireland should legalize their medical report at the Irish Foreign Office in Dublin.

v Each adult applicant (18+) should complete a Medical Report.

Third: application for the visa

On completing the Medical Report, contact (Saudi Cultural Bureau) to receive a copy of the visa request letter address to the visa section in the embassy, this letter will facilitate issuing the required visa. To submit your visa application visit the embassy website: www.saudiembassy.org.uk and follow the instructions to get your electronic application number then submit your hard application with supporting documents.

Fourth: Air ticket arrangements

Please send a copy of the visa by email stating the airport you would like to travel from. The travel agent in charge at the Saudi Airlines will contact you to discuss your travel itinerary.

Hi can someone help me go through these i am on the third section at the moment, i dont want to make a mistake and can someone kindly let me know what one does if they know that they will be delayed by a month and cannot get hold of their employer will this affect the visa application. Another point is that i'e given a photocopy of all my documents to the emplyer when i met him, do i need to resubmit all of this when applying for the visa
