Or... Like what happened in Saudi Arabia? I mean at a certain point there where close to 3.000 people calling themselves dentists with a uni degree from India, while the uni in India stated that only 280 where issued that complete year? (And yes, really did happen)

Frans we had 10 years or so when fake 'certifciates of competency' for deck and engineering officers were issued in the Philippines. (Theres over 2,000,000 Philipinos at sea)

Anyway when a real exam was introduced as opposed to a few hundred pesos under the table the pass rate dropped to 2%. It sems to happen everywhere.

Well my then sponsor / partner / friend actually told me they called all Indian Dentists in the Eastren Province in to deliver proof of profession. For a few months? There was a huge shortage of dentists in the Dammam / Khobar / Jubail triangle. Aparently the diploma's where being sold in India on the black markets for a few hunderd bucks....

Well graduated in Holland, went strait to work the next day and basically worked in my field of work eversince. As work in Canada / USA demanded it? Took my state board exams in NY as Florida was to racist to give me a fair chance (Hade family living there then). Result? Two Master's Degrees. One Dutch, one American. Five years ago? Did my BS in Business Administration and Management as it was a long term "Boys Dream".

LG, u should change your job description to something like "senior sales executive for indutrial cleansing suppliers to the hotel industry" but it propbably wouldn't fit on the business card.
