Need some help, can someone tell me what apartments to avoid when looking for an apartment / villa here in Dubai, Around the Marina or ranches and springs areas please?


Looking for 2 bed / 3 bed apartments and/or villas. There is just nothing about, budget is 230AED. Dont think ill find any 3 bed's for 230 AED mind you..

I noticed yesterday there is a villa round the corner for us being advertised for rent. Going over that way shortly, and will get the contact number for you, if that's any help. There is also a Real Estate agent located in the ranches, and will grab their details for you as well.
