Hi everyone again,
Anyone know if any estate agents or compounds in near Ras Tanura it seems I'm having trouble finding any.
My recruiter says I,ll be picked up at the airport and taken to a hotel then he will take me about each day to places I.d like to stay ...Cant find anywhere!!.
This is so hard to get my head around tbh. Just get on a plane and hope it all comes good just doesn't seem right.
What happens if I cannot find anywhere ,will I have to live in a hotel for 1-2-3 months. How much are hotels in R/T .It goes on and on and web seems (believe or not) limited to information .
Please end the agony.I'd really like to try this job just it all seems so ....it will all work out don't worryTho if it doesn't you are 5000 miles from home in a country you cannot leave without an exit visa etc.

How about Al-Jubail? Jubail should be commuting distance from Ras Tanura.

There used to be a compound there called the Rezayat Oasis catering for bachelors and families, I don't have any contact details and nothing found on internet search.

Found the Rezayat on Google Earth, there is another compound next to it.

Go to saudi on Google Earth then key in rezayat, jubail.

I'm trying to get out there for Haka and I'll need a place myself.

Yes there are a number of compounds in Ras Turna Camp 5,7,10 all run by Al Suwaidi company. I was in Camp 10 for a couple of hours 3 moths ago there are all pre fabs, not a lot to look at from the outside but i am told( i have never been inside one ) they are ok inside. every thing you need is inside dining hall sqash / tennis courts etc

Ah. Are these the camps that only Saudi Aramco employees are allowed to stay in .Ill be contracting to them through Haka so I'm not sure i can stay there is that's the case.

Well ,thanks everyone for the info I've been getting as this is a bit encouraging as its all been very negative till now .
