Good quality shirts in AD?
 

I understand from a previous thread there is no Thomas Pink in AD but urgently need to know where to find similar quality/design shirts!

Any suggestions?

these guys aren't in AD but if you are looking for something of good quality I can recommend them, worth the drive www.ascotsandchapels.com. They have an offer on at the moment three shirts for the price of two, works out approx 600 dhs

And if they don't fit you have to send them back I assume...so the process could take weeks with the postal service what it is here.

Surely it would be easier to pop into Marks or something else locally?

To be honest I've never actually brought a shirt there and was just trying to be helpful ;)

I tend to either get them made or pick them up from various stores in the mall - no idea of brand really I just buy what fits and matches.

Am so non-metrosexual aren't I? ;)

Sounds like a bargain 3 for 600! That would be a first in Dubai, may trot down there the weekend...... Do you know if both their Dubai outlets have that offer on?

It's a case of you get what you pay for. The pricier shirts in M&S are good but I'd imagine the choice in the Abu Dhabi branch is piss poor.

the choice here is piss poor for that matter, my husband likes Ted Baker and now we are going down the Bespoke track because we couldn't find a white shirt that fit him in Dubai, and as for Debenhams, apart from Conran bring in the pensioners

Cheers BC Ive been looking for a bespoke shirt tailor for a while since the one i used in the uk appears to have gone under.
