I don't know, you would need to do a search on some property sites to get the answers...sorry yoyo, we can't give you all the answers, Oh I would advise having a range of options up your sleeve from minimum requirements to ghee hope I get lucky !!!!

I have been looking for flat/house rents in AD (city center) and it looks like you need AED190k to AED200k, if you want to get a 3-4 B/R property with a good standard:
Central A/c, Under Ground Parking, E-vision, Internet Facilities, S/pool, Health Club, etc.
Doest it sound correct for the ones who are living in AD or is it under/over estimated?

Do you live in AD? Does it sound reasonnable AED10,000 for a 3 B/R apartment?
It looks like it's much more if you're looking for a flat with a good standing ...:curse:

Considering you have a family, I think the housing allowance is very low. Remember that renting will take up a significant amount of your salary. Due to the inflated prices.
UAE has become a place of choice now, hence the demands for high prices. I would suggest Saudi or other gulf nations if such opportunites exist.
