You should have a look at what your family requirements are and then search what the prices are for that standard and see if you can get close or reach it.

Ok ... so let's a nice and spacious 3 B/R appartments in the island (close to the center), with European standards and excellent finishing. A/C of course should be included.

How much would it cost, please?

Hi,

I have been looking for flat/house rents in AD (city center) and it looks like you need AED190k to AED200k, if you want to get a 3-4 B/R property with a good standard:

Central A/c, Under Ground Parking, E-vision, Internet Facilities, S/pool, Health Club, etc.

Doest it sound correct for the ones who are living in AD or is it under/over estimated?

Thanks in advance.

Do you live in AD? Does it sound reasonnable AED10,000 for a 3 B/R apartment?

It looks like it's much more if you're looking for a flat with a good standing ...:curse:

Considering you have a family, I think the housing allowance is very low. Remember that renting will take up a significant amount of your salary. Due to the inflated prices.

UAE has become a place of choice now, hence the demands for high prices. I would suggest Saudi or other gulf nations if such opportunites exist.
