Golf in Riyadh

I will be moving to Riyadh next week to start work. Please can someone advise whether it will be worth bringing my golf clubs with me, and how long would it take to get to the golf courses from Riyadh centre? Appreciate any comments.

Definitely.

There's a few options from the short par 3 9 holer at the Intercon slap bang in the centre of Riyadh to the Championship Dirab GC out in the sticks (about 40 mins away).

Also there's Riyadh Greens and a decent par 3 on Arizona compound IIRC

The Riyadh Group of British Businesses has a golf society too.
