Form for KSA medical?
Now I'm sure I've seen something on this before on here but damned if I can find it now.
Does anyone know what form I need to download to take along to my GP for him to fill out for me? I am a wife joining her hubby in KSA not working etc.
Thanks in advance.

Not seen a form as such, and to be fair, it's a medical that isn't generally conducted by your GP, it's usually of such a specific nature, you will probably have to pay for it privately.
You will need:
Eye sight / hearing test
Chest X Ray
Blood tests ( to test for HIV / Hep B and C / and Syphilis I think ? )
and the usual Medical questionnaire , weight , height , medical history etc.
As you're going as a spouse, your visa will clearly state you are not allowed to work ( though many wives do anyway. )
We use Harley Medical Services ( Harley St, London ) , very good, highly recommended.
Good Luck, let us know if you need any more info.

Unfortunately we don't pay for wives' Medical Tests.
As a company, once the spouse gets out here, we pick up all other costs - Medical Insurance, Flights back home, visa's / iqama etc etc, but not any costs to actually get out here, other than the outward flight.
Hope your case is different, as it can set you back a few hundred quid.

You're right they are not paying for my medical! It's going to be a private medical with my GP (one hour long). It's costing £115! Not sure about the chest xray, if I'll get that for free. HIV test is free though, bonus eh!
Still not sure on form though, have trawled FCO website too.

Hubby is going to Harley St upon arrival back in the UK next week..... Of course he's all paid for.

£115 for the medical is quite cheap, Harley Medical would cost you in excess of £300, ( but they specialise in Saudi work visa's and medicals for Saudi, so they do know all the ins and outs. )
Just make sure the blood tests and the x rays test for everything they are supposed to.
Good luck.

Good luck. I did it at Harley Medical then had to repeat it all at the local approved clinic anyway when I got here.

Yes, that's common practice for the bloke, but when the spouse gets out to KSA, there is no second medical, and she should then be issued with her iqama fairly shortly afterwards.

To be honest I would bite the bullet and get it done at Harley Medical if possible. They've being doing it for donkeys years so at least the paperwork should be spot on.
