Yes, went there just last night. Definitely one of the better and more authentic fish and chip places in Dubai, so we can recommend it, and it's already extremely popular - the queue was almost out of the door. Expensive for what it is, though I guess you have to expect that given where it's located.

hav had Johnny Rockets in the states and tokyo and they were great. tried it here and they were crap. You have that gourmet burger place near you which should be better.

Bin Sougat Centre in Rashidiya on Airport Rd.
Upstairs, in the food court.
Quality fish and chips made to order, curry sauce, mushy peas, salt & vinegar. Luuurvely.
15 minutes from Mirdiff.
10 minutes from Festival City.

But sadly there are very few seats/tables available...usually only 2-3 and its only a counter service in the corridor rather than an eatery.

went to the Fish and Chip Room today.
Chips ok
Mushy Peas ok
Fish - disgusting. very odd taste and slimey. the batter was thick and leathery.
54dhs for Cod and Chips.
Won't be going back

Mate fo mine went to it last weekend, ended up forking out 300 AED for 2 fish suppers and 2 kebab suppers...
Everything ended up in the bin.... was inedible, he told me...
