fire in al quoz...
...wow, the smoke cloud looked horrendous even from jumeirah this morning. And, true to form, there still doesn't seem to be any sensible info about the cause/exactly where it is...just pray that no one is hurt...

i've just been for a swim and there is ash falling down all over the place...it's completely dark here now...
my daughter's school just texted to say they are keeping the kids in all day because of the smoke...

the traffic is apparently getting worse as well...imagine being stuck in that area now...not good at all

From the Creek near Garhoud Bridge you see a large dark cloud over the SZR skyscrapers and Burj Dubai. A major incident I would say.

was ash falling mot of the way on my drive to work.
Didnt hear the explosion even though its not that far from where I live. but then again it would have needed to be within 500m of my place to wake me from my deep slumber
