Finding a place to live - Doha
Whats the best way to go about this guys and girls?
Does anyone know of any reputable agents/real estate people or companies?
Also can anyone give me any names and locations of good compounds or towers?
Budget is circa 10k inc of utilities, ideally i'd like a 2 bed for when my parents visit.
Thanks

Try Al Saad , Abu Hammour , Al Waab for pretty central digs . The further you go towards West Bay and The Pearl the higher the premium will be .
Choice is not that great here but there's still a few good places out there you just have to put the leg work in and go from there .

You'll get a decent flat in Al Saad for that budget , maybe better off having a drive around on a Friday and asking the security guards , agents are a nightmare here as everywhere in the ME , you'll end up paying a fee for basically nowt .

Try property finder.qa as a rough idea of prices and what's on offer
Don't believe the pictures though and don't believe the agents

Ok, so how do you find out where compounds are or what they are called?
