Finding A Personal Trainer

So to follow up on my things I'm excited about in 2013 and the fact that I'm turning 4 0 this year I thought it might be good to actually take advantage of the facilities the new apartment will have.

Since the new place has apparently got a great gym and I embarrassingly know absolutely nothing about how to use the stuff or what's best for me, is it possible to find someone who will come round mine and point me in the right direction for a few weeks(months/years)?

I'm so sick dieting, losing the same few pounds then putting them back on again after a heavy weekend and I can see the only way ahead is to get the but moving, any help much appreciated.

Have you thought about Boot Camp? The Original Fitness Company run a few classes in Abu Dhabi. I did this when I lived there. You will get incredibly fit if you do a class 3 times a week.

As for dieting... Dukan.

But remember, it is 80% food and only 20% exercise.

Sorry I'm not looking for a boot camp or anything like it, simply because I know I won't go/keep it up, I want a regime that I know I will stick to and I'm not a meat eater so Dukan and all the other low carb plans are not practical, I've got the diet under control anyway I've lost 40 lbs this year. the 80% is sorted I need to sort out the 20% to get healthier and build some muscle so I can maintain it without having to eat lettuce forever

The same company have personal trainers as well. They are all really nice. And know their stuff.

Well done on the weight loss, by the way

Circuit Factory is the way to go. Many find it shockingly addictive and they take care of everything from food through to setting a regime for you. Also, even if you don't come for the monthly challenges they will know who are the good guys in the personal trainer world as many are bullshit artists.

Either google em or join the facebook page to see how enthusiastic the people are.
