Well added some info from Shiva on setting up a business, also combined a few of the threads to make it a bit more concise...

Anyone got a few mins to check over it and see if there is anything else that needs updating/removing/added etc?

Had a very quick look, most of it is still relevant but the rental rates for accomodation are now way way out.
Also the schools list will need to be added too and the fees are probably different.
Perhaps we can have some suggestions in this thread then bob can update the FAQ accordingly.

2 bed villa in the Springs type 4m and 4e approx. 110k- 130k p.a depending on view and state of garden

Mirdif 2-3 bed villa generally larger than springs properties 110k-130k p.a
