Family visa KSA - how long??

Hi

I'm arriving in KSA on 10 Jan. I know I have to apply for iqama before starting the process of bringing my family over. Any ideas on how long this typically takes??

My employer has told me they will issue the no objection letter straight away if that makes a difference.

Any info appreciated. Thanks

Do a search as this is an often asked question but basically the answer is how long is a piece of string?

If your employer takes it seriously and has someone in HR who knows their stuff, no more than two or three weeks, But those are tow big "IF"s.

Thanks Scot. A month is what they are telling me and they sound like they know what they are talking about. Just need to suck it and see. Theyve booked my return flight to Glasgow for 6 weeks in to collect family so hopefully can make it happen.

Cheers
