Haven't played for a couple of years (since fracturing my elbow playing indoors at Arabian Homes) but I'd point you towards the various ex-pat compounds, diplomatic quarter or even Salwa (BAE compound) for a kick about with like minded souls. The latter has floodlit grass pitch.
