Hello,

Is it possible to exchange a Dutch or Qatari driver licence in Oman without taking theory and road tests? (assuming that one has a valid Omani Residence Permit).
If yes, which one is easier to exchange - the Dutch or the Qatari one?

How are your hill starts?

Haven't done many hill starts in a while. We used to live in Qatar which is pretty flat.

They'll issue an Omani licence with no problem if you already have a European licence. You might need to do a quick eye test, but it's very simple. You will also need to know your blood type, something which I didn't know at the time.
