Default Estate agents in Bahrain

Hello all,

Can anyone advise what estate agents charge to find you a rental proerty in Bahrain please. Do they charge a percentage and if so what is the normal rate?

What's the norm in terms of paying rent in Bahrain. Is it monthly with a month up front or do you you have to for eg...make 2 or 3 payments in advance like in the UAE?

If its big payments up front, can anyone advise how this works. Do companies generally pay and claw back from your allowance?

Any advise/help appreciated.

As the tenant you don't pay anything. The property owner/manager gives them the first months rent.

The first 3 months you must pay up front and then on a monthly basis afterwards.

Depends on your company in regards to allowances. Some pay directly to the landlord and others give you the allowance and you then pay yourself. You will have to check with your HR department for that one sorry!
