Emirates Airline's reputation as an employer?
I am in the process of receiving an offer from Emirates Airline/EK Group. Just wanted to know how EK Group is perceived in Dubai/UAE as an employer in terms of compensation, benefits, employee development, etc?
Any input will be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
ZAK

I think it depends on which part of the company you are going to work for.

Sorry no, I was talking about pilots. As someone said MJC might be able to help you better, but looking at your other thread you definately need to take the company apartment rather than the allowance as no worries about rental increases and the company will foot your DEWA bills as well

MJC,
Thanks for your unbiased feedback. You brought up some interesting, yet disappointing, aspects of a well renowned airline. I agree that my base salary is pathetic at best.
The burning question is: with such rubbish going on at Emirates, how is this company doing so well, both financially and operationally?
Regards,
ZAK
