It seems 7Days have upset the powers that be and Emaar have actually banned them from being distributed.

The truth is out there (even if I don't know what it is). There are posts on expatwoman.com saying that Emaar have banned it, and it is not being distributed in Springs, Meadows, Lakes or Arabian Ranches.

I'll give that stuff a read.

Not sure of group name, but it also owns Daily Mail if I remember rightly.

Weirdly, the day after the "Russian bitch school" article row the 7Days newspaper rack disappeared from our building. But it was back two days later.

This/Russia/Khalifa interview is the most bizarre media row in my time here. Most media people are convinced it's a conspiracy, whipped up by a certian Amphibious media group that shall otherwise remain nameless.
