Hi I am looking for a job in Dubai as either electrical project manager/Site manager. I have 14 years experience but do not have a degree or diploma, Does anyone have any idea where I could try as I just seem to be hitting brick walls. Would it be more beneficial coming over to Dubai and looking? Is it worth my while looking into health & safety courses? I am married with a 13 year old daughter.

Without a degree you may struggle to find something here... Which industry sector have you worked in? Construction? O&G? Capital Equipment?

Try BBT (Beresford Blake Thomas) in Uk - they will vet you and pass your details through to their Dubai office. They will then deal with you from there.
If you're flexible about Dubai/Abu Dhabi, you might have a better chance.
