Eid Villas Compound Riyadh

Hi. Is anyone here currently or recently been living at Eid Villas? Any opinions on the place? TIA

We had British friends living there between 2002-6 and loved the place, especially the leisure facilities.

Just moved from Eid Villas. Really needs some work spending on it as getting to be a tired compound ...

We moved here at the end of April. Yes, there are a few things that are tired and dated but maintenance and management have been spot on so far. And coming from sharbatly in jeddah, Eid is a veritable paradise.

It will be nice when kitchens and bathrooms are redone. As you say maintenance and staff there are lovely and very helpful but things do need to be updated

Not sure. We're in a 3 bed, (300sqm) and its SAR360k a year..... That does include all utilities, cable TV and furnishings (but not Internet). There's 3 different size two bedders. 100, 140 or 160sqm. Email Malak - [email protected]. She's nice and helpful.

Thanks bodieanddoyle

Have exchanged couple of emails with Malak, have sent in the filled in application, I am arriving in October and be bringing in wife and son in December after Christmas.

Hope we will find a place by then.

Do you know how far is this place to the British School and Olaya - where my office is.

Olaya is about 30 mins on a good run. British school is about 10 mins away on the free compound school bus. Bear in mind both these times can vary wildly depending on time if day.
