Re: E gate card...
I usually fly BA... but my last few flights have been terrible...
coming back from dubai a couple of months ago was the worst flight i've ever had... and i've had to fly ryanair and easyjet and even that was like business class compared to that BA flight biz/1st class must be great... i only get to see it as i walk past into chicken class... my company go all out when we have to take a trip. "if it's over £150 you're paying the excess" |

Re: E gate card...
You can't really put a price on convenience Shiva. Life's to short to penny pinch. Unless you have to of course.

eh? you'll travel a couple thousand miles but not the extra 100km? i suppose it depends on the price difference but a lot of times its huge and well worth the extra km's
So unless it was at least 25% cheaper (and it rarely is when I check) then I wouldn't even think about it. I don't fly biz class half the time either, only when the price is right. |

You couldn't pay me to fly coach or make unnecessary stop overs.

Re: E gate card...
well unfortunately my salary includes only cattle class return flights, so I have to put up with them. Once the business is fully up and running and bonuses are coming in I might consider upgrading.
when I was at Heathrow Virgin offered me a seat by the exit for GBP50 extra!!! never heard that one before! |

MM, xx Biz class is wonderful, but economy products are getting better (so long as you don't really eat the food) |

Re: E gate card...
It's the same trick I used when I was in the psych ward when I had to take my medication.
Virgin econ food is appalling, no it's beyond appalling. Even their Upper food is not that great. Fortunately the food in the Heathrow Clubhouse is great and you can fill up before you fly. |
