Hi,
I am a resident of Dubai. In Dec 04 the e-Expat system was announced in the press, through which through which visas, health cards, etc could be applied for on-line.
Been trying to find the relevant website, but no luck. Can anyone direct me to the right Ministry website or link.

go to google and do searches for :
Dubai Naturalization and Residency dept (or check the FAQ's for the website)
Get onto the Dubai Municipality website for more info: www.dm.gov.ae
look up Ministry of Health for health cards. good luck.
