Why don't they just remove censorship in schools, stop teaching religion and encourage freethought and debate by seperating religion and state.

This is very good :) - was just thinking about this a couple of days back, wondering why there was nothing being done to improve the standard of education here.

Build more 'public/state' schools.

Start by offering TOP salaries to good teachers so as to attract the best talent that money can offer.

Scholarships to poor and deserving students........

Encouraging lateral thought instead of learned response would be a big help too..

I was thinking about how many Middle Eastern leaders are cursing Shk Mo right now. Keeping their population poor and stupid is a large part of how they hang onto power.
